IRVINE, CALIF. (March 21, 2007). Danielle Morgan has joined MBK Senior Living, the senior housing division of MBK Real Estate Ltd., as Vice President of Operations. In addition to directing and overseeing all operations for MBK Senior Living communities, Morgan will work closely to meet and exceed the firm’s goals and mission by ensuring all MBK properties offer high quality services, go beyond customer expectations, meet all regulatory requirements, and achieve budgeted NOI targets.
Morgan’s more than 10 years experience in all aspects of senior living, including operations, budget management, sales and marketing, and human resources, are key components to MBK Senior Living’s goals and will be extremely beneficial for the firm’s aggressive growth and continuing expansion throughout the Western United States.

Morgan comes to MBK Senior Living after most recently having served for eight years in various leadership roles with Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. As the Director of Operations, Southern California, Morgan managed a portfolio of communities with a revenue budget of $65 million and NOI budget of $18 million. She oversaw development of new facilities, implementation of company policy and procedures, delivery of high quality services and customer service, and solid financial performance. Morgan also assisted the development team in producing and reviewing proformas for future facility sites. In a senior executive director role, Morgan exceeded pre-opening sales goals, hired and trained key managers, coordinated admissions and maintained census by enhancing community relations.
Before her tenure with Sunrise Senior Living, Morgan was a skilled nursing administrator for Grossmont Gardens Health Care Center in La Mesa, California.

Morgan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Long Term Health Care from Ohio University, and is currently working towards her MBA from The Paul Merage School of Business at University of California, Irvine. She has a Gerontology Certificate and received an Award in Gerontology from the Ohio Department on Aging.
