The Csh Group Selects MBK Senior Living to Manage Riverside, Calif. Community

Partnership Represents MBK Senior Living’s First Venture into Third-Party Management

IRVINE, CA – (JULY XX, 2009) – In its first venture as a third-party management company, Irvine, Calif.-based MBK Senior Living has been selected by The CSH Group to manage Raincross at Riverside, one of CSH Group’s Southern California senior living communities. As manager of Raincross, MBK will be tasked with improving occupancy and financial performance while also enhancing the services and amenities offered at the property.

Like all properties managed by MBK Senior Living, Raincross at Riverside will offer a variety of service programs that meet the changing needs and expectations of seniors while also promoting independence, individuality, self-esteem and happiness. From restaurant-style dining to a comprehensive menu of recreational, social and cultural opportunities, Raincross will provide residents with these and many other options for enhancing their daily lives.
