MBK Senior Living Acquires Mariposa Point Of Mesa, Community Now Named Sky Vista

MBK Senior Living announced today the completion of its acquisition of Mariposa Point of Mesa. The company will now operate the 83-unit assisted living and memory care community under the name Sky Vista. This purchase expands MBK Senior Living’s footprint in the Valley to five communities and the company’s portfolio to 34 throughout the Western United States. This acquisition marks another step forward in our overall strategic growth plan, and closes on the heels of MBK assuming the operations of Savanna House in Gilbert, Arizona earlier this month, said Jeff Fischer, president of MBK Senior Living.

As one of the hottest markets in the country, we will continue to evaluate investment opportunities in Arizona to determine if they align with our long-term goals, added Fischer.

Augmenting the amenities and welcoming living spaces are MBK Senior Living’s signature programming, including MBK Cuisine, Mind+Body Wellness, Connections for Living memory care, and Yoi Shigoto Gives Back philanthropic program.

We are pleased to welcome Sky Vista residents to the family and look forward to introducing them to MBK’s Yoi Shigoto ‘good work’ philosophy and culture of care, said Fischer.
